These student guidelines are established to ensure a respectful, disciplined, and effective learning environment at Visionary Youth Labs Academy. All students are expected to understand and follow these guidelines throughout the duration of their course.
Students must provide accurate personal information during admission. Any false or misleading details may result in cancellation of enrollment or certification. Students are responsible for confirming their course type, schedule, and learning mode before enrollment.
Regular attendance is mandatory for all courses. Students are expected to attend classes on time, participate in practical sessions, and complete assigned tasks. Poor attendance may affect course completion and certificate eligibility.
Students must maintain discipline during classes and practice sessions. Disruptive behavior, misuse of equipment, or disrespect toward instructors or fellow students is not acceptable.
Skills learned at the academy must be used responsibly and ethically. Students must not engage in harmful, illegal, or misleading activities using the knowledge gained from the course.
Students are expected to complete practice work, assignments, and assessments honestly. Copying, plagiarism, or misuse of others’ work may result in academic consequences.
Students must communicate respectfully with each other including instructors and academy staff. Any concerns or issues should be raised through proper and respectful channels.
Certificates are awarded only to students who meet the attendance, participation, and completion requirements defined by the academy. Certification decisions made by the academy are final.
Visionary Youth Labs Academy reserves the right to update or modify these guidelines when necessary. Students will be informed of any significant changes.
