About Visionary Youth Labs Academy
Visionary Youth Labs Academy is training Rohingya youth with IT skills inside the Rohingya refugee camp in Cox's Bazar. Many young people in our community finish basic education but have very limited job options afterward or we can even say there's no job and no opportunity forward to study higher education. In many similar cases, our young people are either living useless, risking life to the sea, involving in crimes and many different kinds of social damages which is not only affecting them but also the entire community. Though many work to stop these but they can't and it can't be stopped unless there's an alternate for these people to avoid those interests. VYLA is here to train Rohingya youth with demanding skills in the global market where our Rohingya youth with powerful skills and mindset can work remotely and develop a stable financial stand in our community while eliminating the long financial crisis existing in our Rohingya community and once this is solved, every other hundreds of problems will be solved.
Our Mission
Our mission is to Fight Against Poverty by creating employment opportunities through skills development among the Rohingya youth and contribute to the global tech market. Financial crisis is at the root of many problems in our community, including rising crimes, instability, and loss of direction among young people. By helping youth gain skills in the Tech industry or other livlihood skills will significantly help them think out of the box and dynami to create opportunities for themeselves joining the global remote opportunities. We focus on training the youth in Tech industry where they can learn and work remotely or independently so that location, movement restrictions, or lack of local jobs do not become barriers. Through skill based learning and responsibility, we want young people to support themselves, their families, and contribute positively to the community.

Mid 2024 - Foundation
VYLA started as a small initiative to help Rohingya youth access computer training on Digital Office Management with three laptops for six students.
Mid 2025 - Fully Equiped Lab Setup
A fully equipped computer lab was established with all required practical tools such as laptops, internet, electric energy and structured training modules.
2025 - Expanding Programs
Digital Office Management, Web Development, Graphics Design (Upcoming), Video Editing (Upcoming), and are introduced.
